Protective Equipment

We’ll be doing sparring drills and self-defence practices on regular basis. For these drills students are required to purchase their own protective equipment.

Without protective equipment, students will not be allowed to participate in sparring and self-defence drills

• The protective equipment for your belt level are mandatory.
• All protective equipment must be LBKI approved

Protective gears required according to the current belts

Entry Level (White Belts, Yellow with stripe )

• Red or blue pair of gloves
• Mouth Guard

Beginner Level (Yellow, Green with stripe and Green)

• Red or blue pair of gloves
• Red or blue shin and foot protector (matching the colour of glove)
• Mouth Guard
• Chest Guard
• Groin guard (for male students)

Intermediate Level (Orange with stripe, Orange, Blue with stripe, Blue and purple with stripe Belts)

• Red or blue pair of gloves
• Red or blue shin and foot protector (matching the colour of glove)
• Mouth Guard
• Chest Guard
• Groin guard (for male students)
• Cotton Shin & Instep Protector – White

Advance Level (Purple & Brown)

• Red or blue pair of gloves
• Red or blue shin and foot protector (matching the colour of glove)
• Mouth Guard
• Chest Guard
• Groin guard (for male students)
• Cotton Shin & Instep Protector – White
• Head Guard (no need to match the colour of gloves)
